We try our best to help our customers by listing measurements of most of our items, and giving a general guide of some of the dolls, bears , animals they may fit. It is always best to measure your doll or critter for a more accurate fit.

All clothing measurements are given with the clothing laid flat.

We hope this helps, but is not an exact science.

Q.	Do you guarantee your products or services?
A	Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in the original condition. Returns maybe subject to a restocking Fee. Click here for more information.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

We have 100% Safe and Secure Server. In fact, safer than giving your credit card to a stranger at a store counter!
Whenever you enter in your credit card information, that data is transmitted directly to a Secure Server with encryption and is accessed ONLY by either me or my husband (we are the owners).
If you still do not feel comfortable, simply continue through the ordering process, and choose "check or M/O" option so that we may receive your order electronically.
You can then call us to complete payment, or write us a check.

As soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Q	Do you have a printed Catalog ?
A	Due to the nature of our items and our ever changing inventory we do NOT* have printed catalogs. All of our current stock is listed on the web site.*

Q.	Do you sell wholesale?
A	We are an discount online retail store. Most of our products are marked 20% - 40% below suggested retail. We do offer special discount programs. To get your Discount Code and complete details on how to save an additional 20% off your order, email us at : JHORNER@iendeavor.com

What are your shipping cost?

U.S Customers: ** All orders that meet the minimum $10.00 purchase ship Priority mail with tracking.
Shipping rates are based on the total weight. For More information please see our shipping policy page. ** There is NO HANDLING Charge on U.S orders ~ Insurance is NOT included.
ALL orders that do NOT meet the minimum purchase of $10 will be shipped First Class Mail.
International customers: Shipping is calcualted through our shopping cart based on weight and destination, and the option you select. We do charge 1.50 handling fee on ALL international orders.
