RETURNS
Damaged, Missing items, Errors: * If there is an error with the order, missing items, or an item is damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to get the problem resolved ASAP.
NON Refundable: * Special order items, closeouts, or items bought in volume are non-refundable.
* All Returns MUST be approved. * Items must be returned within 30 days of date received. We cannot accept returns that are greater than 45 days. * Return shipping is at buyers expense unless the error was a mistake on our part or you are returning damaged items.
* All refund are processed and refunded to your credit card. * Returns may result in Loss of Discount * Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $2.00 * Restocking fees are deducted from the credit due. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed, and post back to your account. * Credit Card Charge backs are subject to a $25.00 fee.
** Orders that are refused or not accepted when delivered, and returned by shipper, are non refundable. No Exceptions.
Order Cancelations: If you cancel an order that has already been processed you will be charged a 4% processing Fee. This fee is to cover Credit Card Processing charges we incur.
SHIPPING - USA
Orders will arrive via FedEx Please verify your shipping address to avoid shipping delays, and incorrect deliveries. An additional $17.00 shipping charge may apply for redeliveries.
* Please allow 2 BUSINESS DAYS processing time, and 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS ship time, depending on destination. Saturday and Sunday - Are not considered Business Days.
* Most orders will arrive within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. * Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. * Shipping Costs Based On Purchase Price Prior To Discounts. If your order is broken down into multiple shipments, NO additional shipping charges will apply.

Order $10.00 to $49.99 = $10.00
Order $50.00 to $99.99 = $12.00
Order $100.00 to $199.99 = $14.00
Order $200.00 or more is 7% of the total purchase. Alaska / Hawaii
Order $10.00 to $49.99 = $20.00
Order $50.00 to $99.99 = 25%
Order $100.00 to $499.99 = 30%
Order $500.00 or more = 35% * You may add to your order prior to shipping. A $1.00 processing fee will be added to the total.
