RETURNS
We have these policies in place because we do NOT build "hidden" cost into our products (as most companies do). This allows us to offer the lowest pricing possible on ALL of our products as well as low shipping rates, which benefits ALL of our customers.
** Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned after 30 day are not eligible for Store Credits.
** Return shipping is at buyers expense unless the error was a mistake on our part or an item is damaged. ** Sorry, but we do not consider something that isn't liked, or doesn't fit a mistake on our part.
** Items can be returned for a refund, or store credit (sorry we no longer offer exchanges).
** Refunds issued by check, paypal or credit card are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $2.00. ** Restocking fees are deducted from the credit due. Please allow 2 weeks for your return ot be processed. ** If you choose store credit then we do NOT charge a restocking fee. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase. You MUST use your store credit within 30 days. If the credit is not used within 30 days, your store credit will be void and processed as a refund. The 15% restocking fee will apply. ** Returns greater than 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. ** We cannot accept returns that are greater than 90 days.
** We will email you the store credit amount once we receive your return along with instructions when placing a new order. ** Credit Card Chargebacks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
** Special order items or items bought in volume are non-refundable. Order Cancelations
If you cancel an order that has already been processed you maybe charged a 20% Cancelation Fee off the total of the order.

We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
** Please allow 2-4 Business Days processing time, and 2-4 Buisness Days ship time.
** Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. LOW FLAT RATE shipping via Priority postal mail. Shipping is based on total order before any discounts. Order $10.00 to $24.99 = $7.00
Order $25.00 to $49.99 = $8.50
Order $50.00 to $99.99 = $11.00
Order $100.00 to $199.99 = $13.00
Order $200.00 to $299.99 = $18.00
Order $300.00 to$399.99 = $22.00
Order $400.00 to $499.99 = $25.00
Orders $500 and up, add approx. $8.00 more per $100 ***************

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Canadian and Overseas orders outside the U.S are welcomed.
SHIPPING charges will be calculated by weight and destination plus $1.50 handling fee. All International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also have NO control over custom delays and have no way to track most packages once the leave the U.S. We will show proof of mailing. International customers must pay by one of the following methods: Credit Card or PAYPAL.
