Payments can be made using any of the following options through our site checkout

VISA/MASTERCARD ~ DISCOVER ~ AMERICAN EXPRESS, DEBIT CARDS (with the Visa or M/C logo) and PAYPAL

** Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned after 30 day are not eligible for Store Credits.

** Return shipping is at buyers expense unless the error was a mistake on our part or an item is damaged.

** Sorry, but we do not consider something that isn't liked, or doesn't fit a mistake on our part.

** Items can be returned for a refund, or store credit (sorry we no longer offer exchanges).

** Refunds issued by check, paypal or credit card are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $2.00.

** Restocking fees are deducted from the credit due. Please allow 2 weeks for your return ot be processed.

** If you choose store credit then we do NOT charge a restocking fee. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase. You MUST use your store credit within 30 days. If the credit is not used within 30 days, your store credit will be void and processed as a refund. The 15% restocking fee will apply.

** Returns greater than 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

** We cannot accept returns that are greater than 90 days.

** We will email you the store credit amount once we receive your return along with instructions when placing a new order.

** Returned checks, and Credit Card Chargebacks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

** Special order items or items bought in volume are non-refundable.

Order Cancelations

Due to the high volume of Holiday sales processing time is 2-5 business days (the time from when you place an order, unil it ships)

Priority mail during the Holiday season can take 3-6 business days.

** Orders are processed in the order they are received. Occasionally processing/ship times can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, Holiday's or family crisis.

** Priority mail generally takes 2-3 Buisness Days to arrive and Express Mail takes 1-2 Buisness Days from the date of shipment. Express Mail is usually overnight unless you are in a zone that does not support Overnight Mail. Please check with your local Post Office for more details.

** Shipping rates based on total weight. Our Minimum shipping is $6.50.

Orders that DO NOT meet the $10.00 min. purchase, are subject to FIRST CLASS SHIPPING W/Out TRACKING.

You may add to your order prior to the day of shipping. A $0.50 processing fee and additional shipping will may be added.
